1. Registration and Material Fees are collectable annual fees which will be collected upon the commencement of the Course annually. Such fees are non-refundable.
2. All Fees are to be paid in full to “Inspire Education Centre Pte Ltd” before the commencement of the Course.
3. Extra materials may be recommended in class. Students are to pay a separate Material Fee if they wish to purchase the additional materials.
4. All materials handed out by the Centre are copyrighted and are not to be duplicated.
5. Tuition Fees are not refundable once class starts or if the Student misses any lesson. A full refund of the Tuition Fees will be given up to 2 days prior to the commencement of the Course All requests for withdrawals and refunds are to be submitted with a duly completed “Withdrawal Form” as a written notice.
6. In the event of Cancellation of a Course by the Centre before commencement of Course, the Centre will refund 100% of Tuition Fee and Registration Fee.
7. Students should be punctual for every lesson.
8. All homework given should be handed in on time.
9. The Centre reserves the right to re-schedule any classes according to its discretion. Notice will be given to Students and parents regarding any change in class day or time.
10. Students who are ill must produce a medical certificate to evidence their absence. Otherwise, such an absenteeism will be counted as one lesson.
11. The Centre must be notified at least 2 days in advance if the Student is not attending the class. Otherwise, such an absenteeism will be counted as one lesson.
12. During the Course duration, if a Student’s conduct is deemed to be unsatisfactory, or if the Student is absent for two consecutive lessons without notifying the Centre, the Centre reserves the right to expel the Student. There will be no refund of any of the fees paid.
13. Students risk being expelled if they:
a) Do not adhere to the laws of Singapore.
b) Have an outstanding financial obligation to the Centre after 3 notices has been given to the Student.
c) Become a nuisance, in the opinion of the Centre, and is deemed detrimental to the well-being of other Students, the staff or the Centre.
14. All Student personal information and data provided here is confidential. Student’s personal data will only be used for communication between the Centre and the Student, internal marketing and billing.
For Personal Tuition cases
1. Subject to the approval of both parties, the timing of the lessons may be altered. A week’s advance notice must be given if a lesson is to be re-scheduled or cancelled.
2. If there is a clash in the schedule between Students taking group tuition and personal tuition, priority will be given to the former.
3. The Student is aware that there may be a change in timing or teacher if there is a change in timing or transfer from personal tuition to group tuition.
4. Additional Material Fees may be incurred as additional materials may be used for the class.
