Terms & Conditions

1. Registration Fees are to be paid in full upon application to “Inspire Education Centre Pte Ltd” and are non-refundable. After payment for registration is made, the Centre will issue a Letter of Offer to the student.
2. All fees must be paid in full before the commencement of the Course.
3. Refund terms. Please refer to the refund guideline below which is also outlined in the Student Contract. Course fees are not refundable once class starts or if the Student misses any lesson.
4. Transfer of course: A Student is allowed to make a Course transfer within the Centre if he is within 30 days of commencement date of the Course.
a) Transfer of Course is not allowed after 30 days from the commencement date of the Course.
b) The Student is entitled to a pro-rated refund of the previous Course’s Tuition Fees.
c) Non-Tuition Fees and any other additional fees of the previous Course are not refundable.
d) The Student will need to pay for Tuition Fees and Non-Tuition Fees for the new Course.
e) A transfer fee of S$250 will be charged but the Course registration fees for the new Course will be waived.
f) The Centre reserves the right to approve or deny the request for a Course transfer and Students will be advised accordingly.
5. In the event of cancellation of a Course by the Centre before commencement of course, the Centre will refund 100% of Course fee and registration fee.
6. If the Student pass application is rejected by the Singapore Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA), the Centre will refund 100% of Course fees and residual fees.
7. During the Course duration, if a Student’s conduct is deemed to be unsatisfactory, or if the attendance per month is less than 90%, the Centre reserves the right to expel the Student. There will be no refund of any of the fees paid. Students risk being expelled if they:
a) Breach any conditions stated by ICA.
b) Do not adhere to the laws of Singapore.
c) Have an outstanding financial obligation to the Centre after 3 notices has been given to the Student.
d) Become a nuisance, in the opinion of the Centre, and is deemed detrimental to the well-being of other Students, the staff or the Centre.
8. Students who are ill must produce a medical certificate to evidence their absence.
9. All Student personal information and data provided here is confidential. Student’s personal data will only be used for communication between the Centre and the Student, internal marketing and billing.
10. All materials handed out by the Centre are copyrighted and are not to be duplicated.
